Avoid the flu!

Flu and pneumonia vaccines will be October 12 from 8 am to 12 noon in the Office Conference Room.

For the COVID-19 vaccine, those 65 and over DO NOT need a written prescription to get the latest COVID vaccine; those 18 and over with certain medical conditions DO NOT need a written prescription (please check with your healthcare provider) those under 18 DO need a written prescription.

Please let me know if you are interested in getting any of these, so that the pharmacists can bring what is needed.  

What to bring? Bring your ID, insurance card, and a completed consent form for each person receiving immunizations. Here is the form:  Informed Consent for Immunization

Copies of the consent form are also available on the Ministry Table.
